Hall Surges To Victory

Ocoee, FL (January 17, 2008)…Kevin Hall (Cincinnati, OH) carded a six-under par 66 in the final round of The Hooters Tour’s Bridgestone Winter Series over the 7113 yard, par 72 Forest Lake golf club to garner his first victory of the season.
Hall, the reigning United States Deaf Champion, fired rounds of 70-66-66 for a three day total of fourteen-under par 202 and a four stroke victory over fellow Ohio State alum Mike Austin (Burton, MI), Rob Johnson (Orlando, FL), Jesse Smith (Dover, NH) and Doug Ferris (Land O’Lakes, FL)
Hall takes home $11,909 for his victory, while Austin, Johnson, Smith and Ferris take home $4,526 for their runner-up finishes. With the victory, Hall moves into second place on the season long money list with $23,470 in earnings.
The Bridgestone Winter Series heads to Deer Island, Florida next week and Deer Island golf club for week eight of the series.
