Fort Mill, SC (June 10, 2010)… Ryan Linton (Pinehurst, NC) fired a final round 64 to come from four strokes back beating Patrick Lundy (Little River, SC) to win his first career Carolina Summer Series event at Regent Park Golf Club.Linton, who played his college golf at the University of Southern California, carded rounds of 68-70-64 en route to an eleven under par total. Linton started the day a little slow after double bogeying his second hole began his charge with three birdies over his next seven holes to turn in one-under par 34.
“I just wanted to stay patient and make some putts,” said Linton after the round.
